Overview
What exactly is the White Fragility you speak of? White fragility is a term used to describe the unease some white people feel when hearing or reading about issues of racial injustice. If you’re a person of color, you might have a hard time bringing up the subject of white supremacy with white people. Because we live in a predominantly white society, the white person may get defensive, and the person of color may feel compelled to soothe the white person. In this webinar, we will explore White Fragility and how you can open a constructive dialogue with people of color. The webinar will be a 40-minute session, with 20 minutes for Q&A and discussions.
